This was the first job to be done, five holes not drilled!

This was a major problem, the holes on both side would not line up.

You can see here, the cut out is 2 mm to shallow.

My solution was to was to file the cut out until the back plate fit in flush, this also aligned the holes up.

Make sure you fit these before you bolt up the turret side, you will never get them in after, and it doesn't tell you that in the manual.

This was noticed by someone else, the inside adjuster plate is held in by the same fastenings as the adjuster cover. Every time you take the cover off you would lose the bolts.

Easy fix, tighten up the four nuts, then use a 7mm drill 2mm deep in the back of the cover.

New deck bolts, gone are the Cap heads and replaced with 7BA x 1/4 long.

Better scale.

Front deck; I intend to fill these bolt hole in and leave it obvious where the bolts are, slightly sunk or raised! See next photo
